StarTex Power MyAccount offers several benefits to customers including options to view and pay your bills online and enroll for Bill Notices via email!
1: MyAccount
Click here to set up your MyAccount online with StarTex Power today to have access to:
- View your StarTex Power bill online 24/7 from any location
- Print a hard copy of your bill
- View previous bills
- Sign up for Online Email Reminders regarding your account
2: Bill Notices
Now that you have MyAccount established, sign up for Bill Notices to receive email notifications when your bill is ready to view online. With our online Bill Notices, you will still receive the paper copy of your StarTex Power bill.
Once you have set up your MyAccount and Bill Notices, you’re ready to go Paperless. Learn about how to enroll in our Paperless Billing program below, it’s easy!
Go Green through Paperless Billing
Going Paperless is easy once you establish your MyAccount and set up Bill Notices; enroll in Paperless Billing by selecting the "Paperless Billing Opt-In" box under "Edit Email Notification Preferences" in your MyAccount.
*Terms and Conditions: Enrollment with MyAccount and Bill Notices is required. Failure to receive an email reminder that your bill is available online does not relieve you of your obligation to pay your StarTex Power bill. Be sure to check and update your account online if you have changed your email address and have not notified us. You should receive a confirmation email stating that you have enrolled in Paperless Billing. If you do not receive this notice within 24-48 hours, please verify your account information or call our call center at 1-866-917-8271 for help. A valid phone number is mandatory to enroll in Paperless Billing so that we may have an alternate way to contact you.

Don't forget to include your payment remittance slip and write your account number on the check.

Set Up Recurring Payments
Once you sign up for bill pay, you can set up and edit automatic and/or recurring ACH and credit card payments by selecting "Setup Recurring Payments" and then select "New".
How to Set Up Electronic Bill Notices
- Login to MyAccount
- Select "Edit Email Notification Preferences"
- Select "Opt In" box in the upper right-hand corner
