DESCRIPTION:       The Enrollment/Renewals Agent/Specialist is a functional specialist for retail customer enrollments within the deregulated electricity market in Texas.  This individual performs the evaluation and enrollment of residential and commercial customers.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION:

• Clear exceptions from online enrollments website
• Establish, maintain, and terminate customer accounts in ISTA billing system
• Validate and verify incoming/outgoing enrollment data
• Complete a minimum of 80 enrollments each day
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and other market participants
• Complete a minimum of 96 renewals each day.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered.
• One year of enrollment/customer service/transaction processing experience desired.
• Proficient in computer business applications skills with Excel & Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with the ability to plan and complete work with little supervision.
• Requires working knowledge of electric utility operations.
• Shift will be 11-8pm.
