Free Online Account Access via MyAccount

StarTex Power keeps you connected via online account access. Through StarTex Power’s secure, user-friendly website, you may:
  • View your account balance and make a one-time payment online with a personal check, Visa or MasterCard (credit or debit) and avoid the hassle of mailing in your payment. It’s absolutely free of charge and posts to your account immediately. Just log into your account and click “Pay Balance.” It’s that easy!
    • Free Customer Care Seal
  • Enroll in recurring payment and have your payments made automatically using your bank account, Visa or MasterCard.
  • Opt-in to receive e-mail notifications on account information or when important dates approach. For example, you can be notified by e-mail when your bill is ready to view, your payment is due or when it has been posted.
  • Enroll in paperless billing to stop receiving printed bills altogether. It’s as simple as: (1) sign up with StarTex Power’s Online Billing Services; and (2) select the "OPT-IN" option under E-mail Notification Preferences.
  • Review your current and past invoices. These are provided in PDF format so you can view them on-screen or easily print them. If you don't already have it, download Adobe Reader for free to view the PDF files.

Convenience Pay

Review account balances and process payments, using a personal check, Visa or MasterCard (credit or debit), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our free Telephone Automated Account Information System. Just dial 1 (866) 917-8271 and select option 4. Please note you will need your StarTex Power account number and your service address zip code.

Cash Payment Locations

For your convenience, StarTex Power offers in-person bill pay at ACE Cash Express. Just bring your bill to any ACE Cash Express location in Texas to make your monthly payment.

Extended Customer Service Hours

You may contact one of StarTex Power’s friendly and knowledgeable customer care agents Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1 (866) 917-8271. As always, StarTex Power’s customer care is free.
